Alice’s expertise as a commercial litigator is highly sought after in sectors such as banking & finance, property, construction, and agribusiness. She works on matters ranging from injunctions and complex contractual disputes to negligence, fraud, debt recovery and shareholder disputes. Alice assists in representing clients and appearing in all Court jurisdictions, including the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts of South Australia, as well as the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Beyond her commercial litigation experience, Alice possesses specialised knowledge in corporate and personal insolvency. She’s provided guidance to insolvency practitioners, company directors, creditors, and debtors, covering all aspects of insolvency law and making sure her clients are aware of what is happening at each step of the way. 

Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University and is admitted to practise law as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.
