With broad experience and expertise across the full scope of land transactions, from sales and estate dispositions to leasing, building design and planning to procurement and construction, and including considerations of native title and other land ownership structures, William is able to bring to the table a complex understanding of all matters relevant to questions of acquisition, leasing, ultimate disposal, and all manner of use of land.
William’s experience covers greenfield, brownfield and high-rise residential developments, retail and commercial buildings (from offices to supermarkets and cellar doors), industrial structures (including warehouses, factories and other production facilities), specialist facilities such as schools, hospitals and medical centres, mines, and electrical and other civil infrastructure works.
He is able to assist in due diligence reviews of potential acquisitions, applying for reviews of planning decisions, and financing of projects (from simple mortgages and personal property security registrations to larger refinancing and necessary corporate structure changes).
